Wet Washing Sieves

Wet washing sieves are extremely useful where samples need to be separated with the help of liquids. These sieves are available in 200 mm or 8 inch diameter (4 or 8 inches deep), with brass or stainless steel frames.

Endecotts test sieves are certified and calibrated right from the shelf

Test sieves are inspected and calibrated in accordance with procedures listed in clause 5.1, table 1 of ISO3310-1 and ASTM E11 respectively. Each sieve is supplied with a Calibration Certificate which includes all the information given previously in the Certifcate of Compliance and more. The certificate records the number of apertures and wire diameters measured, the average aperture size and standard deviation separately for the warp and weft direction. The type of weave will also be stated. Moreover they are individually serial numbered to provide full traceability.

Re-Calibration Service

Used sieves are examined and inspected in accordance with the appropriate specification. Complying sieves are issued with a Calibration Certificate as requested by the customer.
